Helium Recovery and Purification System

Vacree successfully developed a Helium Recovery and Purification System, which has met all technical specifications following a rigorous review and factory testing phase.
Employing a two-stage flashing technology, this newly developed system recovers and purifies helium from helium-nitrogen mixtures, offering enhanced helium storage, recovery, and purification, alongside the reuse of liquid nitrogen.
The system is capable of purifying a helium-nitrogen mixture with a helium purity of 2%-10% and a flow rate of 500Nm3/h into helium with a purity of better than 98%.
The successful acceptance of this project represents a significant advancement in helium recovery, crucial for reducing production costs and enhancing helium resource sustainability.
