Vacre successfully commissioned its Boil-Off Gas Helium Recovery Facility at an LNG plant in Shaanxi.

Vacre has successfully commissioned its Boil-Off Gas (BOG) Helium Recovery Project at an LNG plant in Shaanxi. The facility has produced qualified helium gas with 99.999% purity in its first operational run.

Utilizing Vacre's self-developed "Pre-Dehydrogenation + Multi-Stage Membrane + PSA + Cryogenic Purification" technology, it can extract high-purity helium from LNG plant flash tanks, enabling efficient resource utilization.

Employing a skid-mounted design, this facility offers significant advantages including lower capital investment, reduced energy consumption, and enhanced operational flexibility.

As the global energy transition accelerates, LNG's role as a critical clean energy alternative to coal and oil is undeniable. With nations committed to carbon neutrality, demand for LNG in power generation, industrial fuel, and transportation continues to surge. This project exemplifies Vacre’s commitment to supporting carbon goals by significantly improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of LNG facilities. It pioneers a new model for synergistic energy production, combining LNG processing with high-value helium extraction.
